It’s Valentine’s Day and he’s got the ring, he’s got the flowers and now that he has his one drink, he’s got the courage. Editing of "Spring Break '83" is currently in progress. The film is being edited at Raleigh Studio in Hollywood, CA. With the average film in Hollywood costing 98.6 million dollars "Spring Break '83" has a big budget feel for a fraction of the cost.
